Where to stay ?

The NegrescoPrincess is an absolute dream hotel and you should definitely stay there if you are coming to Barcelona. We absolutely fell in love with this Hotel, it is really modern and classic. The infinity pool is an absolute highlight and the breakfast buffet is filled with more food that you can imagine. You can even get dumplings and champagne in the morning! Can you wish for anything more? In between, the cocktails are so delicous and I truly recommend getting one by night with an amazing overview over the city.

What to do?

There are many places that you should absolutely see and it is also possible to do everything by food if you are staying 4 to 5 days as we did. First of all, you should absolutely see La Sagrada Familia and the insider tipp is to take a picture from Place de Gaudi as you can see the whole church from that point. Then you should also visit the Parc de la Ciutadella, which is a bit more far away from the center, but absolutely worth visiting. Of course the beach is an absolute must, as well as the whole Gothic quarter with all the mesmerizing monuments. Another must-see is the Magique fountain, which is a night spectacle, only make sure to check the times when the spectacle takes place as we went there on a closed day. The only positive thing about that was, that there weren’t any people, so we had time to take some pictures. When you look up the places you should visit in Barcelona, they tell you to go to Park Guell and Casa Battló, the only thing that you need to know that these two attractions are also pricy, so you need to know if you want to visit them or not.

Where to eat?

Actually, there isn’t any place we ate that wasn’t good, but the once I can truly recommend is Flax&Kale, for an amazing acai bowl and the most epic kale salad. You should also go to Brunch&Cake for some really good avocado toast. Coming to cronuts, the most interesting and yummy sweets I’ve ever eaten, which you can find at Chök, simply delicious. Then an entire foodmarket filled with so many variations of food is La Boqueria, we loved to spent 1-2 hours in there, grapping different kinds of food. Don’t forget to try one of the juices, or maybe a few, they are absolutely worh it.

I hope you like the pictures and feel free to ask me any questions – More is coming soon!😊

Have you ever been to Barcelona?

xoxo Imena
