(advertorial) After a week of resting from Berlin fashion week and a lot of studying for my exams, I am finally writing a little review of our hotel in Berlin. As you’ve maybe seen on my Instastories, I went to Berlin with my lovely Sara from the blog Missesviolet for Fashion Week. We had the chance to stay 5 days in the Lindemann’s Hotel in Schöneberg
WHERE TO STAY IN BERLIN | HOTEL LINDEMANN’S | BERLIN TRAVEL DIARY
The Hotel Lindemann’s, which belongs to the Lindemann group, is located in the heart of Schöneberg, a part of Berlin. You have an excellent metro connection as well as Bus and S-Bahn connections. This makes it so easy to use public transport (which we did as well). It costs only 7Euros per day when you take a daily ticket. In addition, there is a beautiful shooting location right next to the hotel. (little side note for all the blogger among us) Lastly, the location of the hotel is really central and you can get to the main points within 5-15 minutes.
When I entered my hotel room for the first time, I was amazed by the enormous windows that let as much natural in the room as possible. Everything is kept in a dark blue and grey colour scale, which makes it so urban, classic and pretty. The room I had was really clean and well furnished, which was one of the most important points for me. The only thing that I need to emphasize is: if you are staying at the hotel for more than one week and are maybe two persons in the room, it could get a little tight when it comes to the closet. (if you are the overpacking type like I am)When it comes to the noise from the main street in front of my room, I didn’t hear that much, which means that you actually don’t hear a thing because I have a really light sleep and I react to each and every noise. Actually, you also have the possibility to book a room on the patio side, which is qmore quit..
The Lindemann’s Hotel offers a traditional German breakfast (13,90 euros) with a great selection of jams, ham and cheese, as well as croissants🥐, fresh buns and bread. Drinks and coffee are included and one special which Sara definitely loved the most was their coffee to go service. When it comes to me, I was really delighted to see that they also have fresh fruits and different sorts of yoghurts as well as fresh ginger and lemon. I was so happy about the two last ingredients as I could make my ginger, lemon and honey tea in the morning. (which already has become a fixed part of my morning routine)
One of the major benefits which I can’t forget of course is that you have free Wifi in all the spaces of the hotel. In addition, the Wifi is really good as both, Sara and I, used it with various devices at a time and everything worked fine.
A private parking right behind the Hotel where you can leave your car safely. As we arrived with the car, this was the perfect solution as we were right behind the hotel. The parking between costs 12,50 euros per day which I found really affordable as the car is safe and no one can enter.
I hope you liked my review of the Hotel Lindemann’s and I am super happy that I had the chance to spend 5 days at this wonderful Hotel. How do you like it and have you ever been to Berlin? What is your favourite hotel? Would love to hear your thoughts on it. Leave it in the comments down below.
